All of our high quality Pirate Bunny backdrops are printed to order and are produced and shipped locally from the USA.
Our backdrop materials currently include paper, vinyl, styrene, and canvas.
Our paper Pirate Bunny backdrop is thick synthetic paper, which keeps it sturdy and helps it stay straighter as it hangs. Please be careful not to crush, crease, or fold paper Pirate Bunny backdrops. Roll, hang, or lay flat to store. Keep in a cool, dry location. These are our most affordable option, but do require some extra care.
Our vinyl Pirate Bunny backdrop is a great choice for durability and messy sessions, such as cake smashes. When it gets dirty, you can clean it with a damp cloth without worry of damaging the pattern. Store this Pirate Bunny backdrop rolled up, hanging, or laying flat. Do not fold. While just a few dollars more than paper, it is a little less care and far more durable for messy sessions.
Our canvas option is more durable than paper or vinyl, and doesn’t crease or bend as easily. Our canvas Pirate Bunny backdrops are richer in color, easier to store, they won't crease or bend, and you can still spot clean them. They are a bit more than the vinyl and paper, but have a texture that many photographers love.
Styrene Pirate Bunny floordrops can be used on non-plush carpets or hard floors and can be easily cleaned with a wet rag if they get dirty during a session. They can even be rolled for easy storage.
Our paper, vinyl, and canvas products come in sizes 5x5, 5x7, 7x5, and 5x10. Many of our 5x7 backdrops can be turned to 7x5 and visa versa.
Currently, styrene is only available as 4x6 or 6x4.
The rich colors on our Pirate Bunny backdrops and boutique items may vary slightly on different computer monitors, as they are calibrated differently. Also, our backdrops are printed in CMYK while your monitor will show you images in RGB. Colors also may vary due to lighting and editing styles from each photographer.
Changing your Order:
If you want to change your order, please let us know as soon as possible. All Pirate Bunny backdrops are custom printed and cannot be cancelled or changed after the backdrop has gone into production.
For boutique items, please contact within 24 hours.
If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or ill-fitting item, email us at email@example.com and we will send a return shipping label free of charge. Let us know in your email if you would like to exchange for a different size, or simply receive a refund.
All sales are final since all of our backdrops are custom made. We have a high quality guarantee and each backdrop is individually inspected before being shipped to your location. If you notice a product has been damaged during shipping, you MUST take pictures of the damaged packaging before removing your products, as well as the damaged item and send an email with description of damage and photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your product. These steps must be followed in order for us to process and send a replacement product.
In the event that we allow a return, the customer is responsible for shipping costs as well as a 15% restocking fee.
If you believe you have received the wrong design, please email us within 5 days with an image of your Pirate Bunny backdrop and we will send you a shipping label to cover the cost of shipping your backdrop back. We will ship the correct backdrop as soon as we receive the incorrect item.
Boutique items will ship after the order has been processed (approx. 5 days) and shipping is 10-15 business days. All shipping is free on boutique orders. If you were incorrectly charged shipping on your boutique items, please email us at email@example.com and we will refund the shipping charge.
All items are printed and shipped locally in from the USA. Due to the way our products are created, please allow 7-10 days for production and an additional 7 days for shipping. If your product arrives damaged from shipping, please send an email with description of damage and photographs to firstname.lastname@example.org within 5 days of receiving your product. If you do not take pictures of the damaged shipping materials before opening and removing your product, we cannot process a return or a refund.
