Refund Policy


If you have received an incorrect, damaged, or ill-fitting item, email us at to request an exchange or refund.


We have a high quality guarantee and each backdrop is individually inspected before being shipped to your location.

If you notice a product has been damaged during shipping, you MUST take pictures of the damaged packaging before removing your products, as well as the damaged item, and send an email with description of damage and photographs to within 5 days of receiving your product. These steps must be followed in order for us to process and send a replacement product.

If you believe you have received the wrong design, please email us within 5 days with an image of your backdrop and we will send you a shipping slip. We will then ship the correct backdrop as soon as we receive the incorrect item.

In the event of a return, the customer is responsible for a 15% restocking fee.

Items will not be refunded or available for return after they have been used. Please be aware of how you are using your backdrops to keep them from becoming damaged.
